An exciting opportunity for a Level 2 Helpdesk Analyst to join an organisation based in Sydney CBD. Our client based in Sydney CBD is currently seeking a Level 2 Support Analyst to join their team for a 6 months initial contract with view for extension
- Provide remote support and phone support for application and network issues.
- Support office 365 and administration of Active Directory.
- Maintain and support current IT infrastructure of the organisation.
- Vendor management
- Report to IT manager.
- 2 + years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
- Experience in windows support and basic network support.
- Problem solving skills to analyse complex problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Must have excellent reporting skill
