An exciting opportunity for a Level 2 Helpdesk Analyst to join an organisation based in Sydney CBD. Our client based in Sydney CBD is currently seeking a Level 2 Support Analyst to join their team for a 6 months initial contract with view for extension

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote support and phone support for application and network issues.
  • Support office 365 and administration of Active Directory.
  • Maintain and support current IT infrastructure of the organisation.
  • Vendor management
  • Report to IT manager.

Requirements

  • 2 + years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Experience in windows support and basic network support.
  • Problem solving skills to analyse complex problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Must have excellent reporting skill
