An exciting opportunity for a Level 1 Helpdesk Analyst to join an organisation based in Sydney CBD. Our client based in Sydney CBD is currently seeking a Level 1 Support Analyst to join their team for a 3 months initial contract with view for extension.
- Act as a first point of IT contact for all staff.
- Properly record end-user issues in the ticketing system.
- Installation and configuration of windows-based systems and software.
- Initiative, passionate, and attention to detail with at least one-year experience in a Level 1 helpdesk role.
- Knowledge of networking is an advantage.
- Able to work in a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Ability to follow step-by-step user process and manual
- Must have excellent reporting skill
