An exciting opportunity for a Level 1 Helpdesk Analyst to join an organisation based in Sydney CBD. Our client based in Sydney CBD is currently seeking a Level 1 Support Analyst to join their team for a 3 months initial contract with view for extension.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of IT contact for all staff.
  • Properly record end-user issues in the ticketing system.
  • Installation and configuration of windows-based systems and software.

Requirements

  • Initiative, passionate, and attention to detail with at least one-year experience in a Level 1 helpdesk role.
  • Knowledge of networking is an advantage.
  • Able to work in a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Ability to follow step-by-step user process and manual
  • Must have excellent reporting skill
